The Essence

Havaya is a center for deep healing, expanded consciousness, and community-based living.
It was born out of a deep calling to remember the simple, courageous path of the heart.
Here, in the Upper Galilee, surrounded by wild nature, we are creating a new kind of initiation –
through the body, the emotions, the breath, and the ancient memory of the soul.
Beyond mental knowledge
We believe that every human being deserves to experience true healing
not through theory or cognitive understanding,
but through direct, embodied experience.
Havaya is an invitation to walk through inner gates –
to meet the shadow, to alchemize shame, and to remember the light.
We are here to awaken, to hold, to embrace,
and to walk each other home
into a life of authenticity, connection, and fullness.
What We Offer
Throughout the year, Havaya hosts:
- Healing retreats and personal transformation journeys (2–6 days)
- Practitioner Training in the Havaya Method – a 6-month program (approx. 300 academic hours)
- In-depth courses in personal development, Kabbalah, relationships, and conscious living
- Space for guest facilitators offering healing-based processes in a powerful natural environment

After years of guiding healing processes, we saw the same need again and again:
people are starving for real healing.

Havaya was created as a center that reconnects all the parts:
body, emotion, consciousness, spirit, earth – and community.
A physical home in the Galilean hills,
but also a soul sanctuary for the deep personal and collective healing
this land so desperately needs.
Our vision is not just to help people heal.
It is to build a new culture:
- A culture where vulnerability is seen as power
- Where shame dissolves into human connection
- Where an abundance mindset replaces survival

you are not broken – you are simply human

Starting in 2026, Havaya will host healing retreats, in-depth practitioner trainings, transformational courses, private journeys, and sacred ceremonies.
We also open our space to guest facilitators who resonate with our values and wish to bring their work into this healing land.
The Founders
Dor Shamay
Healer, spiritual teacher, and co-founder of Havaya.
For the past 6 years, Dor has been working in the fields of emotional and soul healing, weaving together modalities such as circular breathwork, regression, trauma integration, sacred masculine initiation, and abundance consciousness.
He has guided hundreds of processes in Israel and abroad, developed advanced training programs for practitioners, and holds a root-healing approach based on deep presence, inner stability, and elevated vision.
Dor carries a strong connection to the Divine, to life force energy, and to the human heart
holding a field of clarity, depth, and the capacity to help people truly meet themselves.
Talia Oren
Somatic therapist, group facilitator, and founder of Havaya.
Talia specializes in deep emotional healing through somatic tools, trauma work, emotional release, creator consciousness, shadow work, and root-level transformation.
She has guided hundreds of people through personal healing journeys, facilitated dozens of retreats, and developed unique methods for working with the emotional body.
Her path is rooted in her own personal journey
from complex sexual trauma and years of survival-based coping, to a life of presence, power, and connection.
Talia holds courageous and precise healing spaces with an open heart and a rare ability to truly see people.
Her mission is to help others remember their worth, and support them in healing from within
so they can live with safety, truth, connection, and a deep sense of belonging.

Havaya was born out of a deep inner calling
to create a home for root-level healing in Israel
not just another workshop, another retreat, or another model.
But a living, breathing space that holds a new field of consciousness:
one of connection, love, self-acceptance, community, and abundance.
So far, we’ve invested over 200,000₪ of our personal resources to build this center.
We’ve done it with full faith — even when the path wasn’t clear.
But this was never meant to be ours alone.
Now, Havaya needs more hands and hearts to hold this field with us.
